All sales made through HyperForce are final. Once a license key has been issued to your email or account, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances. Be certain of your purchase before proceeding, as there is no refund policy in place regardless of your reason. If you encounter issues, we strongly encourage you to open a support ticket for assistance.
Our tools may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Access to a tool labeled as “lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of that tool—not your lifetime. If a tool is retired, banned, or shut down for any reason, your access will also end, and you will not be compensated.
Tool updates are carried out regularly to ensure compatibility with game changes or platform updates. While we aim to have tools restored within 6 to 12 hours, complex updates may require additional time, sometimes spanning several days. We do not provide exact ETAs during update periods. We do not offer refunds while tools are updating, but we typically compensate active subscriptions once the tool returns online.
Any attempt to issue a chargeback or open a payment dispute—particularly through PayPal—will be treated as fraud. This will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all HyperForce products and services. You must open a ticket and give our support team a chance to resolve any issues before taking action through external platforms. Failing to follow this process forfeits your right to further support.
Our tools are designed to work exclusively on Windows PC systems, unless otherwise specified in the product description. If you are using a different operating system or fail to meet the necessary requirements, your purchase is still considered final.
We provide detailed setup guides with each tool. It is your responsibility to follow those instructions carefully. In 99% of cases, our users experience no problems when following the guides. However, if you still encounter issues that cannot be resolved—even with support—we are not liable for any disruptions, inconveniences, or consequences. No refunds will be granted under these circumstances, especially for temporary or time-sensitive licenses.

Please note that HyperForce does not sell software directly. We only sell license keys, which may unlock or grant access to software that is provided to you as a free bonus or gift. This approach complies with legal standards and avoids any violation of software-related laws or terms of service. There are no laws against selling access keys. The tools you receive are considered a donation given in return for your key purchase.
